Web Design Project

This project is a combination of a few smaller projects. First, Erin is a successful Real Estate Agent based in Downtown Boston, so if you were thinking of purchasing real estate, here’s your agent and your site. We needed to come up with a way to browse, save and subscribe to real estate by neighborhood and by address.

Features

We needed a website for structure, a blog for google and an engine that was actually useful for the customers.

The site has a robust subscription back end that informs potential clients about recent real estate information. For instance, I subscribed to the Dorchester Neighborhood. Every few days I get an email with a list of properties that suit my needs. I find it really interesting that when you got to Luxebostonproperties.com that you are able to stay on the site no matter what. The site even pulls walking scores, and other kinds of data I wasn’t even familiar with.

Social: We made sure that this site was up to date, and ready for the future. If you browse the site you can see how we plugged in a Facebook app as well as some Pinterest functionality. I think its great when you can update your website without even logging in the back end.

Polish

Secondly, we had to clarify a brand. Now real estate is a tricky industry for some reason to rank in. Erin sells all kinds of homes to all kinds of people, but it was clear that most of her property was luxury. She knew this, and the best thing about working with Erin is that she already had a clear focus on her brand as well as a strong knowledge base in Real Estate. So, I just had to make a site that was really informative and was built to grow. The more quality pages, the easier it is to stand out from the competition. Over the last three months I have been watching the website climb in the ranks of Boston Luxury Real Estate. Enough with the Talk; let’s check out the goods here.
