Removing Prints from a 3d print bed
Removing prints can sometimes be harder than getting them to stick.
When I got into 3d printing I was thrown into this world with little real world help and a lot of my learning came through forums, then hands on trial and error.
My mother was always into crafts and she always had supplies from the brand Cricut.
I saw on a few posts that it the Cricut spatula was the best. I bought a few and found out they are great, there are multiple models to try but here is the model I own.
There is another way I like to remove prints, I discovered using a palette knife is really effective as well but for some reason they seemed to scratch my print bed more.
Another tool that can be useful is a groove lock pliers, I choose to use Vise Grip’s version. Warning these may damage your print but all models are different, usually a tall thinner print will come right off with these.
The fifth product is one I know should work well. They are called Japanese spatulas, I have heard good things about them, so If you want to try them out be my guest.
